Michelle Meyer RMT

Michelle believes in the power of balance. “In balance we find strength”. She uses manual therapy techniques along with a treatment plan to aid in restoration and help her clients reach their goals. She has a general practice with a particular interest in pregnancy care to which she has taken many hours of additional training. Michelle is very comfortable working with all stages and levels of pregnancy including high risk, post cesarean and post natal care. Michelle graduated from Langara College in 2016, she is educated in a variety of techniques to help her clients. Depending on the need she may draw from classic Swedish, fascial work, joint mobilizations or trigger point modalities. Michelle has much experience treating a variety of conditions such as acute or chronic pain related to soft tissue injuries, overuse injuries, stress and anxiety reduction , postural misalignment, sacroiliac dysfunction, Sciatica, tension headaches and migraines, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpel tunnel, the list goes on.

When not in treatment, Michelle enjoys spending her time finding balance and restoration on her yoga mat and playing outside. She can often be seen running the seawall or hiking the north shore mountains. Or maybe you’ll see her enjoying a sunset stroll with her lovable Beagle Emma. “I look forward to meeting you in treatment”
