Some of our RMTs bill directly to extended health care providers such as Manulife, Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, and Sunlife, as well as a few others. Please include your member I.D. and group plan numbers on your intake forms.

For ICBC claims please include your claim number, Carecard number and date of the accident.
